1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 888wim ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888wim online gaming platform, including all casino products, sports betting services, promotional offers, and customer support services accessible at 888wim.asia and any associated subdomains or applications.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets at 888wim, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all 888wim accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 888wim account. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

888wim is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. By registering, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

KYC verification may be requested at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when account activity triggers a risk review, or when required by the Company's compliance obligations. Documents typically requested include but are not limited to:

5 Deposits & Payments

888wim supports the following deposit methods for players accessing the platform from Pakistan:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer

• Allied Bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• SadaPay
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

The minimum deposit amount at 888wim is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency minimums may differ and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

Deposits to 888wim must be made from payment accounts or methods held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the funds being held pending verification. 888wim reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 888wim is PKR 500. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have a completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1 to 3 hours during banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
• 888wim reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

888wim will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawal requests that fail verification will be returned to the player's 888wim wallet balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

888wim offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has an associated wagering requirement which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 888wim platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot categories may contribute at different rates. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

888wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account)
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request
• Identification of the account holder as under 21 years of age

In the event that an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 888wim reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account as compensation for damages arising from the breach. 14 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, winnings, or gambling revenue
• Loss of data or account access

888wim's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888wim account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
